Shigaitang Industry Community

Located in southern suburb of Chenzhou city, south of Bei Hu District, Shi Gaitang Industry Community covers an area of 10 square kilometers. There are all together 89 enterprises in the community. Five competitive industries such as non-ferrous metal processing, electron component, bamboo and wood products processing, agriculture products processing, and printing and packaging have taken an initial shape. A large number of leading enterprises such as Hunan Vary Pack Co. Ltd, Yuteng Chemical Co. Ltd, Lvfeng Bamboo, Tianhu Cooked Food, Yuxiang Food, GoSpell and Vehicle Exam Center are situated in the community. In addition, it primarily formed five development systems including private-owned sci-tech industry district, agriculture products processing district, high grand residential district, eco-tourist resort district and minerals processing district.

 

   

 

Southern Hunan Logistic Park

Established in July, 2003, the South of Hunan Logistic Park was listed in "Hunan Eight Important Logistic Parks"  by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. With over 30 enterprises and a total investment volume of 5.5 billion yuan, it preliminarily became a demonstration base for China's logistic industry. Based in Chenzhou, connecting CZT city group with Pearl River Delta and facing the global, the park has various functions such as logistic storage, commodity delivery, custom supervision, container transfer and bonded service.

 

Economic Development Zone in Western Zhenzhou

Fully reflecting the feature of  "city in the wood, people in forest", it is the Chenzhou's best residential zone, home to a collection of high grand residence, tourism, commerce, and relaxation and entertainment spots.
